COMPETING IN THE U.S. GRAND PRIX FORMULA 1 SUPPORT F4 U.S. RACES HIGHLIGHTS BUSY 2021 SEASON
20 year old Max Parker enjoyed a successful rookie racing season competing in three F4 championships at famous circuits across the United States.
2021 season started on a high with Max winning his first ever race start on the road course at Buttonwillow Raceway in February. Bookending his rookie season was Max' first race in the highly competitive F4 United States Championship at Circuit of the Americas in Austin Texas, where the best young drivers showcased their talents in front of a 400,000 person record attendance on-site to also watch the Formula One World Championship.
Residing in Los Gatos California, Max also made four race starts in the F4 West Coast Championship competing at his local circuit WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. Max scored a 4th place finish at the May 2021 race event, and repeated his 4th place finish at the August 2021 race event en route to a 6th place finish in the 2021 F4 West Coast Championship standings.
Max also made two race starts at the famous Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course competing in the F4 East Coast Championship in May 2021 scoring one 4th place finish.
Jensen team owner Eric Jensen states, "Max has always been naturally quick, and I am excited by the prospect of having Max back with the team for his second season. Part of the steep learning curve for young drivers is to learn new circuits, but now Max knows well many of the key tracks where we race so I am excited for our second season together especially at the big races at Laguna Seca and Austin Texas."
F4 California Winter Series kicks off the first weekend of February 2022 with a pair of races at AutoClub Speedway located in suburban Los Angeles. Three weeks later, Sonoma Raceway located just north of San Francisco hosts the final races of the championship. Look for news soon about Max Parker joining the grid for the 2022 F4 California Winter Series.
