Three Jensen Drivers Contesting Eastern Pro 4 Debut Race

April 26, 2021

JAKE BONILLA, OSCAR HAFFAR, AND MAX PARKER SET FOR EASTERN PRO 4 DEBUT RACE AT MID OHIO

Jensen Global Advisors F4 US Championship team drivers Jake Bonilla and Oscar Haffar will be joined by rookie Max Parker for the inaugural race of the Eastern Pro 4 Challenge at Mid Ohio Sports Car Course on the weekend May 1st and 2nd.

19 year old San Antonio Texas based driver Jake Bonilla is currently 10th in the 2021 F4 US Championship standings. Bonilla is surely a favorite to win on his Eastern Pro 4 debut given his competitiveness in the F4 US series, as well as his previous experience at the challenging Mid Ohio Sports Car Course.

17 year old New York based driver Oscar Haffar is a rookie in the F4 US Championship series. Part of a long-term Jensen Global Advisors development program, adding Eastern Pro 4 races to his 2021 schedule makes perfect sense. F4 US Championship races at Mid Ohio in late June, so the opportunity to gain advance track knowledge as well as additional competition experience should prove very valuable for Oscar's ongoing development as a driver.

19 year old California driver Max Parker will be making his pro racing debut in the inaugural Eastern Pro 4 Challenge races at Mid Ohio. Max has been on a driver development program with Jensen Global Advisors since summer 2020, including winning his first race at Buttonwillow Raceway in California in February 2021 driving one of the team's Ligier F4 US series race cars.

Jensen team owner Eric Jensen stated, "Mid Ohio is one of America's most challenging circuits, and it's terrific that Formula Race Promotions now has a racing class where young drivers can gain track and competition experience driving the Ligier F4 race cars to complement their F4 US Championship programs."

"The objective with our driver development program is to select young drivers who have a realistic chance to become paid professional race car drivers. Jake, Oscar, and Max are all very talented and marketable young drivers, and we expect all three to make another solid step forward in their respective development programs .”
